Former Spurs and AC Milan star Kevin-Prince Boateng is on the transfer market again after splitting from his third wife.
Striker Boateng, 36, has reportedly separated from model Valentina Fradegrada, 31, after just 14 months of marriage.
German-born Boateng shocked fans when he deleted all photos of Valentina from his social media platforms.
To stress the point he also dropped a double-barrelled surname he’d adopted when they wed and went back to plain ‘Boateng’ on his Instagram profile.
Only last year the pair were delcared ‘The Hottest Couple Alive’ over raunchy snaps showing Valentina straddling Boateng as she wore a micro blue bikini.
The split came just after Boateng had announced his retirement as a player.
Neither have given a reason for the split but Valentina – who has more than 3.3. Instagram followers – has apparently found a new man.
She was spotted holidaying in Monaco with the unnamed man, reported German media.
A friend of the couple told reporters: “Both are apart. In the end, unfortunately, it failed because of family expectations.”
When asked about the split Boateng’s management said: “Kevin is currently concentrating on his life after his professional career.
“He is currently in Australia with FIFA to support women’s football and other projects.”
Boateng and the stunning model had reportedly dated for a year before they married in June 2022.
The pair had wed in a small village near Siena, Italy, in a bizarre digital wedding ceremony on the Moon.
At the time Boateng was quoted as saying: “I wanted to do something special for Valentina, something that nobody had ever done.
“We were able to celebrate our love like no one has ever done before, in a space location.
“I want to marry her because she gives me peace.
“For as long as I can remember, and I’m 35 years old now, I’ve been looking for peace to find my inner calm – and that calmness just gives me.”
Valentina added: “I want to marry him because we have a rare chemistry. We respect each other very much.”
The couple had even offered a limited number of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to fans keen on joining the occasion, costing USD 50 (GBP 41) each.
Boateng split from his first wife Jenny and became engaged to wife number two Melissa Satta in 2011 and split in 2020.
He has two sons.
