The announcement comes days after the Paris Saint-Germain star posted a cryptic social media message admitting he had made a mistake and apologising to Bruna.
The footage shows the pair kissing tenderly before they exchange matching lockets and Neymar, 31, bends down to kiss Bruna’s growing baby bump.
Neymar is wearing a white suit with Bruna, 29, looking every inch the beautiful mum-to-be in a sheer silver dress slashed to the thigh.
As they step onto a podium they are joined by Neymar’s 12-year-old son Davi Lucca by his ex-girlfriend Carolina Dantas.
As the youngster pushes a button pink smoke and confetti shoot into the air to reveal that the baby will be a girl.
The spectacular party had been staged at the star’s mansion in Mangaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 24th June.
Bruna said on Instagram: “We were so looking forward to this moment. We can’t wait to meet you in person, DAUGHTER! You are our greatest gift!”
The revelation comes after Neymar posted a lengthy Instagram post apologising to his partner and admitting that he had made a mistake.
He said: “Bru. I do this for both of you and your family. Justify the unjustifiable. No need to. But I need you in OUR lives
“I saw how much you were exposed, how much you suffered with all of this and how much you want to be by my side. And I stand beside you.”
He added: “I did wrong with you all. I risk saying I’m wrong every day, on and off the pitch. Only I solve my mistakes in personal life at home, in my intimacy with my family and friends…
“All of this hit one of the most special people in my life. The woman I dreamed of following beside me, mother of my child.
“Has it touched his family, which is my family today. She touched her intimacy in such a special moment that is maternity.
“Bru, I already apologised for my mistakes, for unnecessary exposure, but I feel obligated to come publicly reaffirm that. If a private matter has become public, the apology has to be public.
“Can’t imagine without you. I don’t know if we’ll work out, but TODAY you’re sure I want to try.
“Our purpose will prevail, our love for our baby will win, our love for each other will make us stronger.
“ALWAYS US. I love you.”
The apology came after local media reported that Neymar and Bruna had come to an agreement about him having affairs with other women.
The rules reportedly include him having to wear a condom, be discreet, and not allow other women to kiss him on the mouth.
