Instagram posts by the woman dubbed the world’s sexiest footballer are worth an astonishing GBP 245,000 each, a new study has revealed.
Aston Villa star Alisha Lehmann’s following is so hot that experts say each one generates nearly a quarter of a million pounds.
The study comes from tech analytics firm Gracenote Nielsen, which specialises in music, video and sports metadata and automatic content recognition technologies.
Using what they call their Influencerscope, they rank the value of a star’s posts based on the number of followers, numbers growth, engagement rate and reach.
The revelation comes after the 24-year-old Swiss national announced a calendar for fans costing from CHF 57 to CHF 75 (GBP 51.20 and GBP 67.39).
A limited edition of the calendar signed by Lehmann will set fans back CHF 170 (GBP 152.81).
She said on Instagram: “Back for 2024… The Official Alisha Lehmann Calendar Available to pre-order now! Link in my bio.”
Lionesses star Rachel Daly, who is also one of Lehmann’s Aston Villa teammates, commented: “She’s back again!”
The photos on the new calendar have been hailed as “breathtaking” and “unprecedented”.
Lehmann, who has about 25 million followers on Instagram and TikTok, released her first calendar last year.
It sold out almost instantly with it being reported that the calendar snaps were the reason she and Brazilian footballer Douglas Luiz split up.
She also has thousands of fans on Fantime, which is similar to OnlyFans, although she does not publish anything pornographic.
And recently, she announced that she would be teaming up with KSI and Logan Paul’s Prime energy drink to become a brand ambassador.
She currently has sponsorship deals with Coca-Cola Switzerland and the luxury jeweller MJ Jones.
But she told Swiss media that none of it is distracting her from football, saying: “I train every day and have a match every weekend. People don’t see that.
“To be clear: I am 100 per cent a footballer.”
