A beautiful influencer has left her fans dumbfounded by trying to work out how it was legal for her to marry the brother of her sister.

Ariadne Barros, from Salvador in Bahia State, Brazil, posts about travelling, fashion and food.

Now Ariadne has stunned her 15,700 followers by revealing the extraordinary background of her marriage with Carlos Barros in February 2022.

In two videos posted on 9th and 13th November, Ariadne explained: “My father was married to my mother-in-law a long time ago. They had a daughter. The wedding ended, they broke up and each one went their own way.”

She added: “My father found someone else, my mother, and they had me. My mother-in-law found someone else too, who is my father-in-law, and they had my husband.”

Ariadne, who captioned one of the videos saying “Comment here if you know any soap opera case like this”, went on to say: “So, my sister is my sister-in-law and my sister-in-law is my sister.”

She concluded with a smile: “I can’t even say bad things about my mother-in-law to my sister because she is my mother-in-law’s daughter. I love you, mother-in-law.”

Netizens reacted with amazement to the clips which have gathered more than 122,000 likes.
