Instagram star Adrienne Koleszar shared the footage of her Dresden apartment with her 526,000 followers on 25th April.

The 38-year-old former senior police commissioner wrote: “Invest your money in real estate, they said. Then you’ll have something nice for your old age.

“Dear universe, I wouldn’t mind if things took a different turn next time. Guys, as always, I’ll make the best of it.”

In the video, Adrienne shows how her tenant has left her flat filled with junk and rubbish as far as the eye can see.

In the living room, there are so many hoarded items that the floor is not visible and the junk reaches waist height in parts.

And in the kitchen, there is not a single surface not covered with rubbish, which includes pizza boxes, cans, and bottles. The bathroom also appears a tip.

Before entering the home, the fitness fanatic had told her followers: “I don’t know what’s waiting for me there.

“In any case, I’ve come to terms with the fact that what I’m going to see there won’t be beautiful.”

And before filming the mess, she had said: “I’ve had a lot of bad luck in the past six months. And I’ll show you my retirement plan, which I didn’t know would look like this.”

Adrienne previously told how she had “never regretted leaving the police force” to become an influencer.

One of her followers commented on the clip: “WTF, why do people do such things? Oh man, thankfully you are such a positive person who doesn’t let it get you down.”
