A gorgeous influencer has revealed a seatbelt saved her life when the car she was in flipped upside down during a holiday in Greece.

Stunner Christina Dimitriou, 31, from the city of Dortmund in Germany claimed that the seatbelt saved her life when her friend’s Fiat 500 overturned at around 6.30am on Tuesday morning, 12th September.

The two women were reportedly driving home along the Motorway 5 connecting the cities of Ioannina and Arta in Greece, when Dimitriou’s friend suddenly lost control over the car and hit a pillar.

German media claimed that the car flipped upside down due to the impact, leaving the ‘Temptation Island’ star who has Greek roots stuck inside the passenger seat.

Christina said: “I thought I was dying, I’ve never experienced anything like that. We had a drink and then headed home. I was half asleep. My girlfriend drove.”

She said she only woke up when the car started to lurch, and added: “That was on the highway. There was a car in front of us that cut us off.

“My girlfriend wanted to avoid it. Then it happened. If it wasn’t for the belt, I would be dead.”

The influencer continued: “I couldn’t get out of the car alone, my girlfriend dragged me out. We had many guardian angels. The police who came told us they thought we were dead.”

Both reportedly got away with minor injuries. Christina said that she is currently recovering in her home in Germany.

The investigation into the incident is continuing and it was not reported if any of the people involved had been drinking.
