A beautiful influencer who entertains her half a million fans with hilarious videos on plumbing and DIY has experienced another kind of labour after she gave birth to her first child.

Stunning redhead Sandra Hunke confirmed the birth of her girl by posting an image on social media. In the photograph, the 31-year-old from Hamburg, northern Germany, kisses the newborn’s head.

As Sandra sits on her bed, a plushy drilling machine can be seen resting on her thigh.

Sandra, who has more than 560,000 followers on social media, commented on the post from 16th November saying: “After having been active here nonstop in the past few years, I remained silent recently.

“As you might have already guessed, I gave birth to my little princess. Thanks a lot for your many encouraging messages.”

The skilled plant mechanic admitted: “The birth wasn’t that smooth. However, I’ve recovered very well.”

Sandra explained: “I went to the hospital and back home again. After three more days of labour, I ran out of energy. To be honest, I was about to give up.”

The influencer explained that she had eventually been able to relax when her midwife suggested taking a bath and opting for a water birth.

Sandra did not disclose the girl’s name. The baby measures 51 centimetres (20.1 inches) and weighs 3,040 grammes (0.48 st), according to local media.

Sandra, who is also the co-author of a bestselling children’s book, has been praised for debunking preconceptions regarding manual labour with funny but also motivational posts and videos on Instagram and TikTok.

She especially tries to encourage girls and young women to consider handicraft apprenticeships.

Her followers and fans have been delighted by the news that she gave birth.
