A beautiful Brazilian fitness influencer has celebrated her conviction for bigamy by announcing that she plans to wed a third husband.

Fat-busting exercise expert Maira Cardi, 39 – who has nearly nine million Instagram followers – married actor Arthur Aguiar, 34, in a ceremony in December 2017.

But judges in Sao Paulo, Brazil, have ruled that the wedding was illegal because she had already been married to another man.

The court heard that in September 2014 she had wed Egil Greto Guarize in Florida, USA, and had never divorced.

Cardi told the court that she did not know the marriage was legal in Brazil and decided to marry again.

But judges ruled on 11th July that her second wedding was bigamous and ordered the marriage annulled.

The judge said Cardi had “acted in bad faith as she was married already and knew it, and deliberately omitted the fact when the second wedding went ahead.”

Now the fitness blogger has celebrated her conviction by announcing that she has now become engaged to YouTube star Thiago Nigro.

Cardi met him while helping him to lose weight by switching to a healthy diet.

She is reportedly planning a huge party to celebrate the new marriage – and also the fact that marriage number two is over.

Actor Aguiar shot to fame when he appeared on Brazilian Big Brother and went on to become the winner. The couple have a daughter, Sophia.

The pair married after five months of dating and the images of the event went viral.

It was a surprise wedding – even for the groom who apparently had no idea that his fiancée had arranged the ceremony.
