A model who blew more than GBP 128,000 on leg-lengthening ops that heightened her sex life has revealed that it was her former husband who put her up to it.
Blonde Theresia Fischer – from Hamburg, Germany – underwent the gruelling EUR 146,000 (GBP 128,000) surgery to add an extra 5.5 inches (14 centimetres) to her height.
Doctors inserted adjustable telescopic rods into her tibiae – or shinbones – and gradually cranked them until her legs were longer.
Now the 31-year-old influencer – who starred on Germany’s version of Celebrity Big Brother – has told how her ex Thomas Behrend first came up with the idea.
She says he told her: “Theresia, you know I like big ladies. So I would really like this. You could get up to 14 centimetres more.”
Theresia – who at that time was just 170 centimetres (5.6 feet) tall – said she never even knew leg lengthening surgeries existed before her 59-year-old-ex’s proposal.
She said: “I’ve never dealt with that before because I’ve always been happy with my body.”
But now Theresia says she would never have gone through with the operations if her husband hadn’t pestered her.
She said: “During the procedure, the shin bone is broken cleanly, the calf muscles are split and a telescopic rod is used in each case.
“You stretch your lower legs independently by holding your knee with one hand and screwing your foot inward with the other hand until it clicks.
“Ten clicks a day on each side bring an additional 0.5 millimetres (0.02 inches)”
But the model – now measuring up to a towering 184 centimetres (6 feet) in her bare feet – is amazed she ever agreed.
She said: “I am ashamed because I consented to an operation that shouldn’t have had.”
At the time – while she was still with her husband – Theresia claimed: “My sex is better now!
“I have become very flexible with my legs and have more room to manoeuvre in bed.”
She then claimed she went under the knife to boost her self-confidence because she was bullied as a teenager.
She said: “I now feel happy and satisfied with my legs, but I’m hit by a wave of hate on the Internet.
“It hurts me a lot. With the leg-lengthening procedure, I found myself and finally overcame my old trauma from being bullied.”
