A gorgeous influencer has begged for police protection from her now ex-husband, who she has accused of beating and stealing money from her.
Brazilian YouTuber Patricia Ramos filed a report against her ex-husband Diogo Vitorio, accusing him of violence and asking for protection on 30th October.
In the request for a protective measure, Patricia’s defence justified that she had been attacked in ten episodes during her five-year marriage to Vitorio.
The following day (31st October), Patricia’s defence presented images of the alleged attack showing her lower lip purple and her nose bleeding.
Patricia accuses Vitorio of sentimental embezzlement, domestic violence in physical, moral, psychological and patrimonial forms, embezzlement with ideological falsehood, theft through fraud and stalking.
She also said that an account was opened in her name after Vitorio found out about her intention to divorce.
However, Patricia claims that the opening was done without her presence and that Vitorio did not have authorization in her name to carry it out.
According to the document, Diogo would have used the manager’s good faith and said that he wanted to surprise his then-wife.
According to Patrícia’s lawyers, Diogo “made a series of extortion”, imposing the payment of BRL 400,000 (GBP 66,160) for the divorce to be signed.
Fauzi Rux, an influencer who is friends with Patricia, said on Instagram: “You don’t know who this Diogo is.
“When I met Patrícia before she became famous [I didn’t meet her in person, but we chatted on WhatsApp and Insta], I felt a little afraid on her part about getting closer.
“I later discovered that he was extremely homophobic and domineering. Everyone who approached her he pushed away.”
In a post on Instagram, Vitorio’s lawyers released a note stating that “all details will be clarified in due time”.
