This footage shows a gorgeous model who wants to become Miss Chile 2024 stunning her fans with her Slipknot-style vocals as she performs as the lead singer of her own heavy metal band.
Fans of Ignacia Fernandez are more accustomed to seeing her on catwalks, wearing luxury clothing or hitting the beach in her pink bikinis.
But she is also the lead vocalist of her own heavy metal band Decessus, with this video quickly making the rounds on social media after she shared it online.
Local media also picked up the story, with her telling reporters in Chile that she also enjoys performing with her fellow bandmates.
She also reportedly stunned local radio when she was asked to do a brief demo live on the air. Switching her otherwise feminine voice to guttural sounds often associated with male heavy metal singers.
Local media said that she sounds like Corey Taylor from the famous heavy metal band Slipknot.
She founded Decessus in 2020 as a ‘Modern-Progressive Death Metal’ outfit and in December that year. They released their first single called ‘ Deliverance ‘.
The rest of the band led by the Chilean model is made up of Carlos Palma (guitar), Martin Fenixx (drums), and Richi Thumb (bass).
The band has more than 100,000 views on YouTube and more than 10,000 followers on Instagram.
Fernandez is one of the participants in the Miss Chile 2024 beauty pageant.
