A porn-making reality star has told how he had his penis surgically enlarged to give him a “fulfilling new sex life“.
Former Big Brother Brasil contestant Wagner Santiago made the admission during his appearance on local TV show “A Tarde E Sua” on 31st July.
The 40-year-old – who boasts more than 83,000 Instagram followers – revealed he had gone under the knife at a clinic in Sao Paulo just days earlier.
Wagner explained: “This procedure harmonises the male genital region, and seeking medical attention is an act of self-care.
“It empowers you to wear clothing comfortably, feel content with your body shape, and engage in activities such as going to the gym, beach, or pool without having to hide or feel ashamed.”
Wagner – who makes porn movies for adult content platforms – claimed he had felt no discomfort during the delicate op.
He told the programme: “I felt very comfortable, didn’t feel any pain at any moment. It was very comfortable. Afterwards, I walked out. Life goes on as normal.
“You stand there, admiring that masterpiece. Today, on the third day after the procedure, everything is incredibly tranquil.
“I’m grateful to God for being able to go through this procedure and have a fulfilling new sex life.”
Wagner was last in the news after admitting that he and his model girlfriend Karolla often paid trans women to join them for three-way sex sessions.
