A popular Colombian influencer known for sharing his life with a rare bone condition and inspiring young people to stand up to bullying has died aged 33.
The death was confirmed on 13th March in Medellin City, Antioquia Department, Colombia.
Alejo Little, whose real name was David Alejandro Pelaez Marin, built a large online following through videos on platforms including Instagram and TikTok, where he shared humour and personal reflections alongside messages about self-acceptance.
Born on 10th February, 1993, in Medellin, Pelaez Marin lived with skeletal dysplasia, a genetic condition that affected the development of his bones and limited his height to around 90 centimetres (35 inches).
He frequently used his platform to speak about bullying and discrimination, encouraging young people to embrace themselves and reject prejudice.
His phrase “Bullying sin medida es amarse sin medida” (“Bullying without limits is loving yourself without limits”) became a recurring message in his posts and public talks.
Beyond social media, he also travelled to schools, universities and companies to give talks focused on preventing bullying and promoting personal acceptance.

Pelaez Marin also worked as a graphic designer and collaborated in managing digital accounts for entertainment figures, including Colombian singer Karol G.
In 2019, he entered local politics and ran for a seat on Medellin City Council with the Independent Social Alliance (ASI) party, campaigning on proposals related to social inclusion and cultural development, although he did not win a seat.
News of his death triggered an outpouring of tributes from followers and fellow influencers.
Influencer King Jay wrote in a message shared online: “Today someone I always admired deeply leaves us. He was a person who challenged all prejudices about size and turned what many see as a limitation into his greatest strength.”
Content creator Carlos Feria also shared a message saying he had recently tried to reconnect with Pelaez Marin after years of distance between them.
Pelaez Marin had more than 300,000 followers on Instagram, where fans filled the comments section with messages of mourning and thanks for the impact he had on their lives.
The cause of his death has not been officially disclosed.

In the weeks before his death, he had been experiencing health problems and had been seen using an oxygen tank, according to local reports.
