Another piece of footage shows food and other basic necessities that he reportedly had sent to the disaster area.

A number of clips of the helicopter have reportedly been posted on social media, with local newspaper Sentinela 24 saying online: “Player Neymar’s personal helicopter has just saved a woman in serious condition. I closely followed the work of the team, which was in the mountains and arrived in the Metropolitan Region for this essential assistance.”

Poor weather has led to unprecedented devastation and flash floods and overflowing rivers have caused chaos in the southern part of the country, with large areas said to still be under water.
