This is the moment thieves break into an influencer’s luxury London penthouse before making off with designer bags, gold and diamond jewellery, and high-end shoes.
Luana Bastos, who is originally from Brazil but lives in England, was out of the country when her home was ransacked by burglars on Friday, 27th February.
The social media personality said the property, located in the affluent Knightsbridge district opposite Hyde Park and known for its Victorian-style mansions, was invaded while she was travelling in Brazil.
Among the items taken were handbags, jewellery, shoes and other valuables.
In a statement shared with her 188,000 Instagram followers on Saturday, she wrote: “Yesterday, while I was travelling in Brazil, my apartment in London was invaded.
“They took bags, jewellery, shoes and other valuable items. I am posting photos of some of the pieces we have already identified as stolen and kindly ask that you share.”
Luana said she intends to monitor websites that resell second-hand luxury goods in the hope of tracing the missing items.

Describing the aftermath, Luana said she felt a “huge sense of vulnerability and insecurity” and that she was shocked the apartment could be broken into “without anyone noticing” despite being in a busy area of Knightsbridge.
She said she is working with the Metropolitan Police to try to recover the stolen property and thanked the force for its efforts, stating that specialised officers are involved and that the case is under constant review.
Luana said she has already identified valuables worth BRL 350,000 (GBP 50,785) as stolen, but that the total loss would only be clear when she returns home and can properly assess.
Luana, who moved to London after marrying a local businessman, also shared video footage on social media which she said showed the moment of the invasion.
